Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of launch-e.com (the "Site") and the Launch-E e-commerce ecosystem ("Launch-E," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site or apply for membership. By applying, you represent that this is true.

2. The Ecosystem Is Not A Course

Launch-E provides operator services, coaching, sourcing introductions, media buying support, and access to a specialist team and community. It is not a pre-recorded course, and it is not a guarantee of any particular business outcome.

3. Application & Admission

Submitting a Partner Application does not guarantee acceptance. We review applications at our discretion based on stated capital, business goals, and fit. Acceptance criteria, minimum capital requirements, and quarterly capacity are subject to change without notice.

4. Capital & Financial Risk

Launch-E requires members to deploy their own capital into inventory, tooling, branding, and advertising. This capital is separate from any membership fees and is entirely at the member's own risk. See our Earnings Disclaimer for full detail on risk and results.

5. Ownership

Members retain 100% ownership of their storefront, trademarks, domain names, customer data, inventory, and supplier relationships. Launch-E does not take equity in member businesses.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Launch-E name and brand — is owned by Launch-E or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems.
• Copy, scrape, or republish Site content without permission.
• Submit false information in any application or form.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Case studies, testimonials, and metrics reflect individual member outcomes and are not guarantees of future results. Physical product commerce involves genuine business risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Launch-E and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the ecosystem, including business losses or lost profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the ecosystem for any member who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that harms Launch-E or its community.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
